IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENTS (FORM 1095-C)

For the 2025 tax year, Marathon Cheese is required to provide you with a Form 1095-C, which contains information about the health coverage offered to you.  You may use this form to assist in filing your tax return.

How to Obtain Your Form 1095-C

While we are not mailing paper copies to all employees, you may request a copy of your Form 1095-C free of charge by contacting us through any of the following methods:

When to Expect Your Form

Forms will be provided within 30 days of receiving your request.  If you have any questions regarding this form, please contact the HR Department.  

This notice will remain available through October 15, 2026.

Raymond and Marie Goldbach Foundation, Inc. Scholarship Application

The Raymond and Marie Goldbach Foundation, Inc. sponsors an annual scholarship program dedicated to the children of employees of Marathon Cheese Corporation. 

The application deadline is March 6, 2026.

Scholarships are awarded to students under 25 years of age either currently enrolled in a degree program at a post-secondary institution or high school seniors who have been accepted for the upcoming semester.  Please see the application for eligibility requirements and scholarship information.
